Ingredients:
Dried Mackeral, red chillies, spices, salt and vinegar

Method of Preparation:
Take one piece of parra, place in aluminium foil, put 1 tbs cooking oil, 2 tbs parra juice from the bottle. Then wrap the foil tight - pre-heat oven at 350 degrees. Once the oven is heated, place the wrapped parra in the oven for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice half an onion, slice half a tomato and keep aside. Remove the parra from the oven and shred it, add the onions and tomato and serve it with boiled rice. It can transform any good meal to a great one!
