Red & Green chillies, turmeric, coriander seeds, cloves, ginger, garlic, salt, and water.

Suggested preparation method:
This masala can be used for whole chicken or chicken quarters, pork roast or even beef roast.
Take one whole chicken (defrosted) in a bowl, pour 2 1/2 Tbs. of Roast masala, 2 Tbs. vinegar or lemon juice - your choice and 2 Tsp. salt. Mix it all up and add to chicken. Leave the chicken to marinate over night in the refrigerator. The next day slice one large onion and two tomatoes, place the sliced onions and tomatoes in a baking pan and place the chicken over it, cover with aluminium foil and broil until done. OR you can just place the whole chicken in the rotisserie and leave to cook without the tomatoes and onion slices.
This same preparation method can be used to marinate 1 1/2lb beef or pork, including turkey.
